Cancellation Policy:
If you have booked a room with us, either via telephone or using our online booking system and you’re unable to come for whatever reason, you can cancel free of charge as long as you telephone us, or cancel online, by 2pm the day before arrival. If you don’t contact us until after 2pm on the day before your planned arrival day, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
